Advantages and characteristics

  1, all models are hydraulic drive, can choose manual or PLC automatic control operation;

  2, the discharging form has different ways such as turning over the bag, pushing the bag (side pushing and forward pushing) or manual taking the bag (packing);

  4, extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 400 tons there are ten grades for users to choose, production efficiency from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.

Working principle

  1, before starting, check whether the appearance of the equipment is abnormal, whether there are security risks around, and whether the iron wire or plastic rope is sufficient. After confirming that it is normal, open the main air switch of the distribution box, unscrew and pop out the emergency stop button, and the power indicator of the electric control box will light up.

  2, remote control local gear selection switch to remote control gear.

  3. Put the magnetic switch on the remote control into the card slot, press the system start button on the remote control twice, and stop warning the device is ready to run after the siren sounds for 10 seconds, and the red alarm light is on.

  4, press the conveyor belt start button on the remote control, the conveyor belt runs, push the paper or other materials into the conveyor into the feed port, and the conveyor belt will bring the material into the packaging entrance.

  5, after the paper or other materials arrive at the location, press the compression button on the remote control, the red alarm light flashes, and the pressor head is pressed in place after the automatic backward stop (if the pressor head moves forward to a certain position after the compression start, does not move or stop and lasts for tens of seconds after the automatic return to the return position, the siren will alarm at a frequency of 1 second, then the automatic alarm arm type click on the remote control arm loose, Let the arms loosen some, and then start compression until normal no longer alarm. The manual report arm type is pressed on both sides of the arm with a jack, the screws on both sides rotate equidistance into some, and then start compression until it is normal and does not alarm).

  6. Repeat operation 4 until the required packing length, press and hold the bale button on the remote control for 2 seconds, and the device will automatically start, stop when the press head moves forward to the front bale position, and the siren will alarm at a frequency of 3 seconds after it is in place.

  7, press the wire button on the remote control, the wire machine will automatically thread the wire or plastic rope into, the wire machine will automatically return to the original position.

  8, tie the wire or rope and cut it, and the package ends.

  9, repeat the above 4-8 process. The bags at the exit of the bag will be rolled out one by one, and the finished bags will be moved to the appropriate place with a dolly or a forklift.

  10. After the work is completed, press the stop button of the remote control system, take down the magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch of the electric control box, and turn off the total power supply.
